2. Who this policy covers
- People who visit our website.
- People who contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or WeChat.
- People who work for the businesses we buy from, sell to, or might trade with: customers, suppliers, logistics partners and prospects.
3. What we collect
- Contact details: name, job title, company, business email address, phone and messaging numbers.
- What you tell us: the content of your messages, such as product lists and enquiries.
- Trading details: delivery addresses, shipping and customs documents, invoices and payment details for the businesses we trade with.
- Information we need to meet legal obligations, such as checks on the businesses we trade with.
- Website data: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected by our website host. See "Cookies" below.
4. How we use it, and our legal reasons
- To answer your enquiries: our legitimate interest in running our business.
- To quote, buy, sell, ship and deliver goods: to perform a contract with you, or to take steps before one.
- To meet our legal duties, including tax, VAT, customs and alcohol wholesale (AWRS) rules: legal obligation.
- To tell businesses about our services: our legitimate interest. If you are a sole trader or partnership, we only send marketing emails with your consent or where you have bought from us before. You can opt out at any time.
- To run and protect our website: our legitimate interest.
5. Who we share it with
We only share what is needed, with:
- logistics partners such as hauliers, freight forwarders, consolidation warehouses and customs agents, to move your goods;
- the suppliers or customers involved in your order;
- our professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers;
- our IT, email and website providers;
- banks and payment providers;
- HMRC and other authorities, where the law requires it.
We never sell personal information.
6. Sending information abroad
We trade internationally, so some information may go to countries outside the UK, for example to deliver an order. When it does, we make sure it is protected: by sending it to countries the UK recognises as having adequate protection, by using approved contract terms, or where the transfer is needed to carry out a contract with you.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to business: up to 2 years.
- Trading and accounting records: 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as HMRC requires.
8. Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it (including marketing), and to have it transferred. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

9. Keeping it safe
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, and we only let people who need it see it.
10. Cookies
Our website does not use cookies to track you. To show the page, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and daily exchange rates published by the European Central Bank (through the free frankfurter.app service), so those services see your IP address. If we ever add analytics cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
